Pros

Team environment with leaders that welcome employee feedback. GBP is a well established company in the area with a reputation for taking care of its employees. Clean and safe working environment on equipment that is well maintained.

Cons

First and second shifts alternate week to week which may not work for everyone. 3rd shift is consistent. Not necessarily a negative but something people should be aware of before applying.
