Good benefits, they send gift cards and that's cool

Cons

no upward mobility, it also is really hot over there. I also applied for a facility that had a four on four off schedule but got a call from a division that only has a five day work week and they wouldn't let me transfer. Make sure the division you apply for doesn't have a 5 day work week if you don't want that. It was also really hard and fast paced work I felt tired at the end of the day every day.
