      Cons

      Everything else is total disaster. Top management is boy club and controls everything from the top. No one will collaborate if they do not have to.

      You can trade in weekends and company holidays for more PTO. Flexible hours Fully paid healthcare, low copays

      Cons

      Do you enjoy working hard and trying to make an impact only to be told to refactor all of your code to someone else's vision? Do you expect 40 hrs/week to be base line - because at the performance review considers 50 to be the minimum for a passing grade. 10 company holidays and 10 vacation days is substandard for technology companies
