None. The plant I was at was rather clueless. They think they know what they are doing. In actuality, they lie to themselves and everyone else to hide their own poorly developed management skills.
Cons
Plant leadership only knows how to run the plant. They are clueless about how to run anything but the equipment. High turnover lately in key roles at some plants causing chaos. If it sounds like I am a disgruntled ex employee, you are right. They lie to make sure that nothing bad is ever put out there. If you are honest, you will be gone.....
