Pros

One person responsible for day to day running of the lab, gave you lots of equipment and analytical experiences. This company purchased it from another company and didn't replace management. I think it would've been better if they had worked to replace the existing management.

Cons

High stress, required to do operators jobs on top of laboratory jobs, management was a good ole boy club that would come down hard on people if they weren't given what they wanted in a timely manner.
