At the time of employment I thought pay, vacation and health insurance

After leaving realized I was under payed. They play favorites for advancements and promotions, not based on knowledge, years or work ethics.

I havnt found one yet.

Cons

A manager needs to be gotten rid of, he doesn’t know the plant or how to operate the plant and refuses to use the SOP’S so he can’t train the operators and the plant is in a constant state pandemonium.
