The knowledge you can learn in this industry. Will help you develop skills from many different industries.

Cons

Poor management high turnover rate pay is based off location, not knowledge and skills. In my time with green planes, 3 plant managers and 2 production managers were escorted off site two lead operators were dismissed the same day makes it hard to build a career in this environment.
