Fast paced CONSTANTLY learning to procedures and policies. Very adaptable and good work home life balance

Cons

Since a lot of changes happen throughout the quarters you have to adapt and work with management to be sure everyones on the same page with expectations.

I'll let you know if i think of one. Oh the pay was decent.

Cons

Specifically the safety executives are clueless and out of touch. The VP of the company told me safety culture was "sexy safety". Nightmare to work for, would not recommend.
