Pros
The company culture is truly unique and fosters a sense of collaboration and innovation. The work environment is fast-paced and challenging, but also incredibly rewarding. Working here is cool because you are surrounded by really smart people that can be incredibly helpful. There are Endless opportunities to learn as much as you want about a large variety of topics across multiple fields.
Cons
Nothing really, it is great growing company.

Pros
- I was lucky to get the opportunity to try new roles and feel my career accelerated as a result. It would have taken much longer to get the kinds of opportunities at a larger firm. - I really like the people I worked with. Phil Green is one of the most impressive people I know and did a great job of creating a great environment through the people he hired.
Cons
Working for GPTech when it was a young startup was challenging. This isn't necessarily a "con" but I think those not accustomed to working for a startup might find it difficult to navigate new tasks for which there is no standard process. Likely many more processes put in place since I left, though!
