Pros

GreenSlate is committed to creating a cohesive, lively, and diverse distributed workforce. You are welcomed from day one by the entire organization, and HR and management remains committed to the employees. GS has a well-conceived onboarding program that helps new employees learn about GS and the people that make the business an exciting place to work. It doesn't stop after the initial training. Senior leadership shows up and is interested in the individuals working here. Virtual and in-person regional and corporate-wide events reinforce what a talented and fun workplace GS is. You quickly feel part of the team when you join GS.

Cons

If you join GS and you are new to the industry, you'll need to learn quickly. GS provides a lot of help with that though.
