GreenSlate is in hyper growth mode with a lot of market potential. Fully remote distributed workforce. Global presence. It has a culture that prioritizes its client and employees. Provides excellent customer service and positive employee experience. A lot of great benefits and perks for employees included all paid international retreat at an all inclusive beach resort.

This is the first employer I work for in my 20+ career that offers so many awesome employee benefits and perks. GreenSlate shows they care about work, of course, but they also invest a lot in the wellbeing and wellness of their employees. When looking for a job, many of us value salary, title, benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision/401k, etc.), PTO, and other standard parts of the benefits package. However, we sometimes forget to include the perks that the company also pays for, such as being able to take a day to volunteer at an organization of your choice, going on company retreats paid fully by the company, getting credits every month to use for our wellness, having a benefits team that sends out wellness details and challenges we can all be a part of to become a healthier workforce....those are just a few of the perks that GreenSlate offers their employees. In my opinion, the perks are part of the entire package when looking into working for a company.
