      - Generally cool intriguing people - Collaborative/communicative individuals present, one can learn a lot from processes

      Cons

      - Leadership is lacking in areas, direction is unclear for certain teams and their potential growth - Self-Development path for employees not defined - Long term objectives aren't clear to the rest of the teams - Bureaucracy is starting to take hold - Constant context switching during situations show lack of focus/prioritization in what needs to be done

      Pros

      GreenSlate is extremely accommodating to their clients leading to a high energy, busy work environment. There are almost endless exciting new projects and partnerships which makes the work fun and dynamic. The office culture is friendly, casual, and collaborative.

      Cons

      Because the company is so ambitious, there is so much going on at all times. The volume of work can be draining for some people.
