People work hard to make the environment to be friendly. Also, the culture of "no pointing others" when there is a conflict or issue makes people to feel safe and secure about the place where they are working on.

Cons

Onboarding training is long, however, it is necessary.

Amazing culture. Quality leaders who are Transparent and accessible. Lack of politics. Huge growth trajectory and opportunities for continued company expansion for the years ahead. Best company I have worked for by a mile.

Cons

It is mostly fully-remote positions, so you have to be the type of person who is happy with working from home.
