Good Company for a while

Pros

Good Salary Team was very open to colaborate, almost everybody was positive and helpful. At the beginning the company was open to new Ideas

Cons

Economic trouble, industry is contracting. Since capital was injected by PE firm the company had a turn for the worse Recurrent layoffs bring a negative outlook and morale Some custom solutions implemented a long time ago are becoming a challenge for the company to expand or become more lean in their developments

if you ask a low salary for a high position, they'll be happy to stick to the low salary. Bad upper management
