      The firm is full of highly-educated, skilled, and interesting individuals. Hard work is appreciated and rewarded. There is room for upward mobility if you're very good at your job, flexible, personable, and ambitious.

      The firm is not known for being among the highest-paying big law firms.

      Pros

      Good people who care about one another. I was on a large team with many senior attorneys who were some of the best people I've ever had a chance to work with since.

      Cons

      Not much room for moving up in the firm without going to law school, " but thats typical of any law firm
