      Pros

      GT had a great culture of meeting and staying friends with coworkers. When I was there, they had a lot of firm activities in including community involvement.

      Cons

      Management is an it tough and they I guess like other large firms "have options". It also depends on where you are. I am sure a lot has changed.

      Worked with intelligent, hard-working people.

      Cons

      Work/life balance was not good. Felt underappreciated for the effort and sacrifices made. Medical benefit premiums increased every year (expensive for the industry).

      Don't share it with staff. Don't care much about staff. Used to have high morals but they let that get away long ago.
