Lawyers are stuck up and think that they deserve everything (now), need to think twice before conversing with lawyers (if they don't like what/how you're saying then you'll get a complaint), and worse of all is that not all offices have an HR representative which makes the employee feel all alone if they need any HR support. There is also no room for growth, and every employee received a different compensation package even when doing the same position - unfair. They also expect you to work 24/7 and complain if you don't check or respond to your emails at night (after 9pm).
