      Pros

      Benefits are decent including good amount of vacation days and HR tries to make staff feel appreciated by having firm-wide events.

      Cons

      Kind of cold environment and staff is very cliquey and everyone only associates with those close in vicinity to their desk.

      The people are nice and willing to help when asked. The random cocktail hours are a nice bonus after a long week, as are the random free lunches.

      Cons

      The salaries and and raises tend to be on the low side.
