      -Ability to work on array of projects ranging from small retail to large mixed use development projects -Great leadership, constantly learning -Great work environment -kind and friendly staff -challenging work -annual reviews and bonus

      -late night and weekend work is not uncommon

      Pros

      Extremely fair with salaries and generous with bonuses, medical, dental and 401K. I worked for the company for 3 years and only left to have a child.

      Cons

      A few minor issues, but usually handled with care. There were not some of the over and above cons you would see at a large company.
