Culture is terrible, no investment in staff and salaries are far below average while agencies are paid through the roof due to relationships with the head of marketing. Turnover in the marketing department is extremely high.

Cons

Salaries for most support office positions are $10-30k below industry standard. The staff turn over is ridiculous... they are lucky to retain someone for 12 months before they want to leave.
