If you have worked there a year, ifyou get sick they have short and long term disability.

Cons

The managers abuse you and load you down with work. If you ask for help and your still a temp, you get let go. Leads do not get you help at all.

If an engineer offers his help beware because by the time you access the need for help he may be gone. If you are assigned to work on something that was not level just do your best with what you have even if it is not enough.
