Pros

Nice people to work with. Varies with department. Work and Life balance is not bad. 20 vacations days/year to start out. But I guess this is very standard now

Cons

Raises and bonuses are minimum. Have to leave the company to get a real raise. This is sad but it's true. High turnover rate this year. I think I am also on the same bus.

Pros

The pros are the people (well most of them). I enjoyed collaborating with some of the best and brightest people - who have now become friends.

Cons

Ideas were submitted and constantly rejected - "That's the way we have always done it here" HR thinks they know more than the Engineers as subject matter experts which causes meeting disruptions. Top management creates fear throughout the organization - you can challenge once but do it twice and you are out.

Extremely toxic work environment. No respect for employees. Slackers that claim their the greatest but never deliver get all the accolades. If you can talk a lot of bs it may be perfect for you.
