You are just a number. People insert themselves into things that don’t involve them. Need to cover yourself with written documentation on everything. Otherwise you are the scape goat.Toxic unprofessional environment. Managers have no conscience. Rumor mill is worse than middle school.

Lots of talk about improvement, but no plant management support to actually change. No clue of what their demand forecast will really be from month to month. Don’t plan on long term stability.
