In the privately held, medium size environment, I appreciate the opportunity to influence change. Very competitive salaries, great benefits and overall great culture. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow if you're willing to put in the work.

Like all companies, GT has its challenges and will need to continuously seek to improve internal processes and stay focused on market needs to enable growth.

Cons

Very few women in management positions compared to the number of older senior males. Countless stories of women being subjected to unfair treatment. It’s a “me too” rich environment. HR looks the other way.
