Outstanding/professional employment environment. constant training, and retraining if needed. Safety meetings on a regular schedule and their primary concern as well.........

Sometimes their is no overtime allowed , or it's restricted to a minimum. Employees are on a point system, for falling below standards of the company, which is good , BUT points should not follow you to the new year of your employment anniversary
