      Americans took control and messed it up

      Pros

      Not many pros any more. It used to be a good place with good people and good atmosphere. Now its just horrible

      Cons

      The UK site (and all the others in Europe) went down hill rapidly once the Americans took control and centralized everything. Now your just treated like idiots and expected to jump through the USA hoops.

      Dead end job unless you have a four year degree. Several lay offs but same work load. Very very busy
