Pros
Great people and culture. Decent benefits package. People are passionate about their jobs, in fact so much so that major customers continually mentioned it upon visits. Some major blue chip customers have referred to some of the processes and equipment as world beating. Proactive reinvestment into new technologies.
Cons
HR seemed excessively involved in every decision made. Useful in some ways, but often more counterproductive. Significant career advancement is only really possible in the US. Some policies are too rigid and based upon US thinking, and do not apply/are not effective in the rest of the world.
