Pros
There are plenty of continuous improvement projects to refine and hone your engineering skills at GT. I really enjoy the atmosphere, the employees are all very friendly and more than willing to help, and there's a lot of opportunity to come up with new solutions if you can bring different skills to the table. A really great place to work!
Cons
Change can be a bit slow at times -- sometimes we're a bit "stuck in our ways", but it's nothing that some solid change management can't handle. People are willing to change if you show them the "why" behind it, and let them provide some input.
