I hear your frustration that your pay did not keep pace with your expectations, and I recognize how important compensation and growth opportunities are to retention—especially over a multi-year period. Last year, Greenhouse began a company-wide shift toward a true pay-for-performance model. That includes regular performance reviews, clearer growth paths, and plans to connect compensation more closely to contribution.
