Pros

The benefits are nice, and I appreciate being able to get time off when needed

Cons

Leadership is a problem. They have no idea what they are doing and grossly underestimate the customer base. They don't understand the customers at all, and it leads to throwing so many different initiatives at the wall and seeing what sticks. There is also no real room for advancement. You literally have to be some type of Superman, and then it's never enough.
