Pros

I really enjoy working with my coworkers. Everybody is upbeat and fun to be be around and all bring something unique to the table that really makes you feel like you are part of a team. I came in to help start a new division and at times felt overwhelmed but was met with support and ideas from everybody and I felt like they genuinely cared about me and wanted to help me succeed.

Cons

At times it feels like management doesn't provide proper support or resources to this new division which can be frustrating.

Very dishonest company, they advertise $19-25 per hour, no matter how much experience you have they tell you that everyone starts at $19, and when you challenge them on their postings they will stop responding to you and place you on their do not hire list.. I’ve seen it done. They place a high pressure of sales on their service technicians forcing them to sell even though you’re just a technician. They micromanage you as you are working, they ask you to do things that are outside of the pesticide label.

If you like hard work and talking to a bunch of different people this can be a good job. If you do well you will gain confidence in your labor and communication skills. Honestly management tried to be cool for what the job is, and managers would understand or listen if you negotiated with them.

Cons

You needed to negotiate constantly, bunch of sales bros so you gotta do business, not for everyone. Being around Chemicals all the time sucks and it’s hard to maintain a clean standard and serve the amount of customers they want you to. Oh and weekends 😂
