Pros
Started off well and they hired great talented people in the beginning. They had a great work culture and treated everyone fairly.
Cons
Started hiring people who did not fit the culture and hired people overseas who did not treat people well. This had an immediate trickle-down effect. People who started early in the company gave their all to the business and then they were just laid off. They gave one employee a fake role and led them on to believe that they were going to build out a department and then laid them off and canceled the entire program. The majority of individuals who got laid off were people of color.
