Awesome product and mission, But beware burnout.

Pros

The people here are intelligent, passionate, and great at helping each other out. So many product features really are built with great consideration for the user experience and advancing financial literacy in mind.

Cons

Aggressive layoffs starting all the way back in 2022, Work-life balance is fickle, even with 'unlimited' PTO. The churn / turnover rate plus layoffs mean that some of the most knowledgeable senior folks are also stretched way too thin, creating a feedback cycle.
