Payroll is often delayed, creating extreme hardships for some members of the team. Boss treats staff like belongings, not people. Ridiculous work flow expectations. No onboarding or training. No perks or benefits. Low wages. High expectations, low rewards. Small , windowless office is like working in a closet. Refused to pay expenses after suggesting travel to meetings.

Contractual obligations were not met - management used delay tactics instead. 60-80 hour work weeks are expected but never appreciated. Project management is sloppy and can be overbearing. Too unfocused - takes on too many projects at once without sufficient timetable. Focused too much on sales and not enough on project quality/employee well being. Inconsistent vision. Overall morally questionable.
