No company strategy / no focus / too many physical locations for a startup to get things done efficiently

Toxic environment, management out of control and out of touch. Spurious job requests, in-effective HR.

Nice offices and operating in a hot industry.

Cons

This company is in a downward spiral after losing most of its business with what is effectively its only customer. No trust in employees from CEO on down. Terrible morale as almost everyone is putting their resumes out. Stay away!
