Pros

Competent people, international atmosphere and the privilege to work with exciting technologies. Working at Greenwave Systems will make your resume look awesome!

Cons

The company's primary focus is to get the highest possible valuation. This results in a constant change of direction, chasing the latest buzzword trends to please investors. Unfortunately, much of the company's highly appreciated IP runs only skin deep. Employees are exhausted from constant change of focus and the turnover rate is alarming. But you could see this as an opportunity for a really fast career path to becoming a domain expert.
