      Location is nice in the central Hot Springs

      Cons

      Corporate Company so you are just a number. This company likes to micro manage constantly. Base salary is much lower than dealerships right down the street.

      Represent great line of products, multiple dealerships, opportunity to move within company, good income potential, decent benefits package, clean and well maintained stores.

      Cons

      Unrealistic sales expectations in a small to mid sized demographically challenged market. Old school dealership mentality that does not keep up with todays customer expectations.

      You have a chance to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      If you don't sell cars, you don't make money, LONG LONG hours. And not to mention favorites... managers have them and their is nothing you can do about no job security.
