      Location is nice in the central Hot Springs

      Cons

      Corporate Company so you are just a number. This company likes to micro manage constantly. Base salary is much lower than dealerships right down the street.

      You have a chance to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      If you don't sell cars, you don't make money, LONG LONG hours. And not to mention favorites... managers have them and their is nothing you can do about no job security.

      Great potential to earn money. Friendly environment with positive and supportive coworkers. Respectable and Responsible management. Lots of events and bonus opportunities.

      The work hours can be a bit harsh (10 - 11 hours a day) Unstable income (when business is slow, your income is low) Large amounts of pressure for performance Disrespectful clients
