Benefits like medical, canteen subsidies and phone allowance

Cons

The company is good but the management is terrible. A few complaints have been made but no action taken. Hiring and firing is their things. Operation head is too toxic. Always scold workers with vulgar words and not respect workers. Always bullies and create unhealthy environment.
