- Hard place to advance your career. People in upper management positions tend to stay where they are leaving little room for career advancement. - Very minimal cost of living increases to pay

Cons

Always on call, low pay, treated poorly, unappreciated. If you aren’t sucking up to upper management good luck getting a promotion. Not a place you want to work for more than a couple years.
