Pros

The people are really great to work with. Great benefits and bonuses. Complimentary beer over holidays. Opportunity for growth and additional opportunities to get a better view of the whole company. Grey Eagle also works very closely with Anheuser-Busch and other suppliers, so it is really nice to be able to network with those companies and gain knowledge of different beers as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Cons

Communication could be a little better, but it is a very fast paced environment so it will happen. Potential to work nights and weekends, but it is a fun environment mostly working promos.

Two Thumbs down

Pros

Steady work. Nothing that is to strenuous.

Cons

If you are not in UPPER management the pay is extremely low. They have trips, and incentives but ONLY if the suppliers pay for those incentives. Grey Eagle has zero skin in the game. If you are not part of the management " click" you will not advance, period. They are understaffed so everyone is doing more than they should which in turn causes things to not not be completed properly. You work holidays and are not paid for it. Its expected because of the nature of the business. This distributor is no longer a Beer distributor, but now has become a liquid distributor. Grey Eagle has very high turn over rate because of the pay, the management, and the lack of concern for the staff. They have let most senior employees go thru the early retirement throughout the company. They will do anything to cut employee cost
