Bonuses and benefits are good.

Cons

Company has gotten too big now and don't care about their hard working employees and try to keep them. RPM that does nothing but belittle you even when everyone around praises the work you do, or how great the property is. Will find a way to turn a positive into a negative, and will be the first to throw you under the bus to make themself look better to the owner. They tell you there is room for advancement, but all in all they lie to you. They would rather hire outside of the company then promote.
