Pros

Growth, growth, growth. There is so much to be had at Greystar so if you can hang on to your hat and step up, you can go somewhere fast. The leaders are not afraid of innovation or advanced technology and the atmosphere is family oriented. There are truly very good people running the company, people who care about people.

Cons

The growth is pro but can also be a con for the average mid level employee. Sometimes it's hard to keep up and for some reason Senior Management tends to get people in the position of REPAIRING the problems that come with that growth rather than PREPARING for what they should have seen coming.

They are a Fee management company - so if the property is sold you could be out of a Job!

Pros

Very well organized hierarchy, significant amount of corporate resources, positive and respectful attitude toward its employees, and lots of opportunities if you are flexible in relocating.

Cons

Sometimes difficult to feel part of a team atmosphere when you are in a satellite office.
