      Largest Property Management Company in the Country Lots of opportunity on the corporate side as well as at the property level as well

      Cons

      They merged with the company I was working for and I was only with Greystar for a short period of time so I don't really have any cons at this moment

      Pros

      Solid pay for entryish level employment, challenging work pace and environment. Lots of opportunity to grow into new positions.

      Cons

      No standardized policies for a lot of the communties or community managers makes it very difficult when managers change. Very poor handling of human resources issues, at least within some regions.
