Depends on if you are in their "clique" if you get promoted
Pros
Free health insurance after 5 years-yup that's about it!
Cons
Pay sucks if you work in the suburbs-you all do the same dam thing we all should get paid comparable. Suburb managers actually have more to deal with especially if your property is older, has a pool and hot tub, large landscaping,etc... Absolutely no work life balance especially if you live onsite(I no longer do-plus the 20% discount is a joke-they don't even pay us 3 times the rent but expect our future residents to). Very cliquey! If you aren't size 1-4, platinum blonde, fake tan, dress like you're ready for a photo shoot for Vogue-you have to work 10 times harder to be noticed for your accomplishments and be promoted. Since the Riverstone merge there has been a lot of long term employees who have left. I'm on my way out too-been with greystar/Riverstone 9 years. My regional and owners are awesome however done with the BS.
