      carnt think of any at all

      well were do i start. 1. HR are horrendous do not take any of your views on board, allways back the managers. 2. unfair work load, allways asking more and more and nothing in return, 3. unfair commission for maintenance. the managers say the CSA derserve it more as they sell the rooms. 4. bullying nature from management 5. management taking bribes from residents to not kick them out. i could keep you for every so ill stop

      - Exposure to a variety of areas. - Treats Thursday

      Cons

      - The numbers of hours you do are not worth it, it does not stop. - not enough people in the teams so your doing 3 other people's jobs. - expect to give up all your evenings to cater for the company and not have a personal life. - lack of professionalism from people in senior roles. - even after you finish work they'll expect you to carry on working. - Meetings set up for the sake of a meeting. - it's about who you know.
