Performance based bonuses, well structured program, great corporate staff. Opportunity to move up and good pay.

Schedule will require weekends, experience is very dependent on leadership of community manager

Greystar is big box machine mentality No pros

Cons

Mgmt makes demands that conflict with clients expectations leaving staff In the middle. Only answers for problem solving is 'Email help desk' Only strategy Greystar has in competitive markets is '2 months free'. All staff are spread too thin to ensure max profit margin on mgmt fees go owners leaving sites and residents and service compromised due to understaffing.
