Pay is competitive for city/region we are in. Commission is competitive. Several properties to move around and advance in. Name tags? Nice logo? Nothing else seriously.
Cons
Extremely juvenile gossip. Personal before professional. RPM is awful. So is Real Estate Director. Forget anyone knowing who you are or standing by what is right. They will throw anyone under the bus. They love to "make an example" of people. Put properties and teams against each other. They tear you down in every possible way. I have been in this business and region for over a decade. I have never been so disappointed and discouraged. Do not believe the pitch. It's all lies. The company is backwards. Nothing makes sense it's all over done. Stay where you are and make it work or get out of the business. Greystar is taking over and it's not pretty!
