      Pros

      Well they will sell you on a ton of pros during the interview but I never saw them.

      Cons

      They are not ready for property acquisitions. They say one thing to their employees and then change their minds and do another. There is also a ridiculous amount of unnecessary training videos that really teach you nothing. They will talk behind your back. It also takes a LONG time to get reimbursed for personal expenses.

      Worked for Greystar for only 9 months after they took over management of a property already worked at for over 1 year.

      Pros

      Large Company-if you like that.

      Cons

      Upper and Regional management are distant, give you a "take it or leave" attitude with no regard for employees with families during a management takeover. Refuse to even consider employees concerns even when ALL the properties employees come together to share concerns!
