Pros

benefits, onsite housing is a huge plus. there ARE growth opportunities

Cons

Regionals and managers are overloaded. Consistently changing goals, deadlines, rollouts, objectives, policies, procedures. Change is necessary, yeah. But they roll it out WAY too quickly and everything is pretty messy. Managers are kinda on their own.

Pros

Opportunity to grow in operational skillsets and opens door for career development and networking

Cons

Over the last several years, I’ve experienced a mean girl mentality and politics in promotions. I think growth should be performance based and not in line with “who you know”.

Pros

Great pay, okay benefits, and decent culture (depending on location)

Cons

Leadership in SoCal is terrible and hard to work with. Poor management practices including a poor work environment. Long hours (welcome to construction) and poor vertical movement.
